Busy Day
This is a useful chart for power-packed busy days when you have to get a lot done. Sometimes I have so much to get done in one day that it is a challenge to use my time wisely. I either get so busy with the children or with regular "to do" list that I do not get the extra work done or I get so busy with my project that I can overlook the daily tasks that keep our home running smoothly or to keep the children occupied more peacefully.
Prefereably I would have someone watch little ones or have a play day at a friend's house. However, you can use it to make sure have planned ways to occupy the children while you are working.

Get a Grip
Get a Grip sheet is a tracking tool to keep track of your multi-tasking. Think of it as a sheet full of post it notes.
It is easily customized. You can put a topic at the top of each box and fill in the list in each box. See the sample to see how you can use markers to easily customize it for bigger jobs.
You can use one for chores, one for school, one for each child, one for a big project, however and for whatever you want. It is very flexible and it has saved me a lot of heartache and headache in keeping track of a lot of details at one.
